Delivery Area

 

We deliver and set up for free in most of New Castle County. We currently do not deliver to Kent County, Sussex County, or the state of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. If you live in Maryland, please give us a call at

(302)328-5336 to check if you are within our delivery area. Some out of state locations within our delivery area may be subject to a $20 delivery fee. We will continue to expand our delivery area in the future.

 

Rental Agreement/Safety Rules/Operating Instructions:

 

Upon delivery of your inflatable(s), you are required to sign a rental agreement. The driver will explain all of the “Safety Rules” to you and also give you a copy of the document(s). Please read over these documents and feel free to contact us via phone if you have any questions. You are responsible for the inflatable(s) while they are in your possession. Adult supervision is REQUIRED at all times! NEVER leave the inflatable(s) unattended!

 

Rain/Weather

 

There is no penalty or deposit lost if we have to cancel an event due to bad weather. If rain is in the forecast for the day of your scheduled event, we will contact you the morning of your event and let you know the status of your rental. We will not set up if there is going to be a steady/heavy rain, high winds and/or thunderstorms. If only occasional light rain showers are in the forecast, we can still set up, but it will be up to our discretion on what we feel is safe. Once we deliver the unit(s), there is no refund or prorated charge if it starts to rain in the middle of your party.

 

Deposit

 

We require a $25-$100 non-refundable deposit for all rentals. For large events, we will let you know the deposit due when you make the reservation. The deposit is required at the time of reservation via Visa or Master Card.  This deposit is refunded if we have to cancel your event due to bad weather. You can reschedule your rental as long as the unit is available.

 

Methods of Payment

 

CASH ONLY upon delivery. If you prefer to pay with a Visa or Master Card, payment is due the day before your scheduled event. A company check is also acceptable for businesses, religious organizations and schools. We do not accept personal checks!

 

Delivery vs.. Customer Pick Up

 

Safety is always our top priority. We do not allow customers to set up any of our inflatables. We will deliver and set up all inflatables to be sure that they are set up and anchored properly.
