How do I make a reservation?

How far in advance should I make a reservation? 

We recommend making your reservation as early as possible to insure the best selection 

 of the inflatable(s) you want. We do accept last minute reservations, as long as we aren’t  

booked up that day. 

Does the fee include delivery, set-up, and removal? 

There are no additional fees if your party is being held within our delivery area. Our delivery area is most of New Castle County. If you are located in Pennsylvania and Maryland, please give us a call at 302-328-5336 to find out if you are in our delivery area. Some out of state locations that we do deliver to are subject to a $20.00 delivery fee. We will deliver and remove the inflatable(s) to make sure they are set up safely.  

Do you require a deposit? 

We only require a deposit on the water slides. A $50.00-$100.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all water slides. This deposit is applied to the balance that is due at set up. If we have to cancel your rental because of rain or high winds, we will refund your deposit back to you. You can also reschedule your rental as long as that unit is available.

How do I know you will show up? 

Bakers Party Rentals is a reputable company. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are dedicated to being the best moon bounce rental company in the area. In addition, we will give you a confirmation call the day before your scheduled event.  

When do you set up and pick up the inflatables? 

We set up all inflatables BEFORE your event is scheduled to begin. Your set up and pick up time isn’t included in your rental time. We ask for a 2 hour window frame prior to your scheduled start time. Pick up depends on our schedule for that day. If you need to make special arrangements for delivery or pick up, please let us know ahead of time.  

What type of surface can you set up on? 

We prefer setting up on grass but we can set up on concrete or asphalt. We need to know in advance what type of surface the inflatable(s) will be used on so we can bring the proper equipment to secure them. To anchor the equipment, on grass we use large stakes and on hard surfaces we use sand bags to secure the inflatable(s). Bakers Party Rentals can deny set up in any location that we feel isn’t safe.

Is electricity needed? 

Electricity is required for most of the equipment. A standard, dedicated, electrical outlet within 120 feet of where the unit will be set up is all that is needed. An outside outlet is fine. We ask that nothing else be plugged into the same outlet that our equipment is plugged into. Some of our equipment requires two different outlets. The outlets must be on different circuits (an example would be, one blower would be plugged into an outside outlet, the other blower would be plugged into the kitchen, garage, laundry room, etc.) We provide all the extension cords. If electric isn’t available, we do rent Generators for a fee of $65.00 (including gas). 

Do I need to do anything special? 

Please try to have an area picked out within 120 of an electrical outlet prior to our arrival. The area should be cleared of sticks, toys, animal waste, sharp objects, rocks, etc. The area must be large enough to accommodate the unit being rented. You also need at least a 5’ clearance on all sides. The item being rented can’t be set up under low hanging wires, touching tree branches or any other objects. Please do not mow the grass the morning of your reservation.

Am I responsible for any damage to the inflatable I rent? 

All of our inflatables that we rent out are in excellent condition and clean. If an inflatable gets damaged while in your possession, you are responsible for the cost of the repairs. If water is used on non water inflatables such as bounces, joust, dry slides, etc, you will be charged a $50.00 to $100.00 cleaning fee.

Can adults and teens use moon bounces? 

Our moon bounces are made out of the strongest 18oz vinyl in the industry. They could easily accommodate teens and adults. For safety reasons, we don’t allow teens and adults to bounce in them. We follow the rules of the inflatable manufactures and our insurance company that only children 12 and under are permitted on the moon bounces. We do rent inflatable interactive games designed for teens and adults.
